What do you think when you hear the name Destiny?

Do you think about the endless hours you invested in this game or are you thinking about the fun and the time your spend here with your friends?

Destiny has changed since it came to life. A lot in the last years; somethings got better, but there are also some left to be improved.

September 9th, 2014 - I still remember it like it was yesterday because a couple days before I had just come out of the hospital with my wife and our new born son. In the first days we were home because I took holiday so I could help to take care over my son.

Destiny, a game which took me in its magic since I played the beta. A game which could keep me playing with my son in my arms. In the first days he was mostly sleeping or watching how I played. He was with me when I defeated Atheon.

By the time I fought Crota, Son of Oryx, my son was sitting next to me and watching. When I hunted down Skolas in the Prison of Elders he was there and kept on watching. First time when I battled Oryx, he got so excited that he called my wife and he said "Mommy see…"

Today he waits for me when I come from work to open that game so he can watch as I play. The light in his eyes when I open that game is so amazing. He gets happy with me, he gets angry with me, he gets excited like me. I will never forget the day I defeated Aksis... he jumped around and yelled.

This kid loves this game more then I do!

When you ask me what I'm thinking when I hear the name Destiny... Well, I'm thinking that I hope this game will exist long enough to make my son happy when he plays it by himself.
